Hire

This is a summary of the hire rates and terms for quick reference but the hirer must familiarise themselves with the full Terms and Conditions when hiring the hall.

Cancellation

If the Hirer wishes to cancel the booking less than 7 days before the date of the event and a
replacement booking cannot be secured, then the question of payment or the refund of the hire fee shall be at the discretion of the Treasurer.

With effect from 1st January 2026, the hire rate is all inclusive with the exception of the stage, which is a new offering. We are very pleased we can retain the 2025 rates into 2026, without an inflationary increase, made possible through increased hall usage, generous donations we receive and support of our fund raising events.

Having an all inclusive rate does simplify our charging and slightly reduce the cost of some bookings, but that does necessitate the introduction of a cleaning deposit if the commercial facilities of the kitchen are used, fully refundable if the kitchen is left clean and tidy.
