Hire

This is a summary of the hire rates and terms for quick reference but the hirer must familiarise themselves with the full Terms and Conditions when hiring the hall.

Cancellation

If the Hirer wishes to cancel the booking less than 7 days before the date of the event and a replacement booking cannot be secured, then the question of payment or the refund of the hire fee shall be at the discretion of the Treasurer.

Cleaning deposit

Having an all inclusive rate does simplify our charging and slightly reduces the cost of some bookings, but that does necessitate a cleaning deposit if the commercial facilities of the kitchen are used, fully refundable if the kitchen is left clean and tidy.
