Hire

This is a summary of the hire rates and terms for quick reference but the hirer must familiarise themselves with the full Terms and Conditions when hiring the hall.

Hall Hire

The hire of the main hall is £12.50 per hour (except for Saturday evenings see
below).

This price includes the hire of the hall and use of the kitchen to make
hot/cold drinks and heat your own food in the microwave ONLY. It also includes use
of mugs, crockery, glasses and cutlery from the kitchen.

Kitchen

Use of the kitchen for anything other than the above will incur a fee of £5.00 for the
total period of hire. You must book the kitchen in addition to the main hall.

Media Equipment

There is a fee of £1.00 for the hire of the media equipment being projector and sound equipment.

Saturday Evenings

There is a minimum hire period of 4 hours on Saturday evenings between the hours
of 6pm and 11pm. The cost of the hall for this period is a discounted fee of £45.00 if
booked more than 14 days in advance.

Bookings for a Saturday between the hours of 6pm and 11pm made with 14 days or
less notice, will be charged at £12.50 per hour and there is no minimum period of
hire.

Payment

Payment is due in full 7 days before the Period of Hire

Cancellation

If the Hirer wishes to cancel the booking less than 7 days before the date of the event and a
replacement booking cannot be secured, then the question of payment or the refund of the hire fee shall be at the discretion of the Treasurer.
