New Hall Access Method

We have recently changed the hall access. Rather than using a key safe we have fitted an integrated door lock. It is new to us and we are still getting used to its configurations, so please let us know if there are any issues. Pin codes will be issued with bookings; following the above instructions, please be sure to add the ‘#’ after the code.
Hall Hire Rates 2026
The hall hire rates have been finalised for 2026. We are very pleased that we have been able to extend the 2025 rates without an inflationary increase, as well as making the kitchen and AV media facilities inclusive in the base hire rate. As a precaution we have added a £25 refundable deposit for cleaning if the kitchen is used.
Fund Raising Update 2025
We are very grateful for the support and generosity received for our two major fund raising events in 2025.
Wine Tasting
The wine tasting, hosted by Alberto of Provino Wines, was well supported and everyone enjoyed the 5 wines sampled and with each wine, Albi’s description of the vineyards and processes. Albi is well known in Kirkby Lonsdale and is often at the KL Thursday market, always happy to discuss his wines.

Music Evening
The hall was transformed for our music evening, featuring live music with InCahoots duo Gabrielle and Chris. A licensed bar was created and available through the night, delicious canapes and sweet treats. As the evening tempo increased many enjoyed the music with a dance. Gabi and Chris were fabulous and we look forward to listening to them again.

Funds Raised – Over £1,750
Between the two events we have raised over £1,750. This goes towards the hall running, maintenance and building a surplus so we can undertake various projects including improvements to the facilities.
Both these events were supported by cash donations, donations of raffle prizes, equipment, time and effort for which we are very grateful.
Fraser Hall Scan Tap & Go with InPost
In collaboration with InPost we have had installed a set of delivery lockers. These are available to use by selecting the delivery option of InPost for your parcel delivery and / or collection point.

InPost installation at the rear parking area of Fraser Hall
The management committee liked the opportunity to provide a local collection point for increased convenience as well as reducing environmental impact. Our contract with InPost also includes a fee paid to the hall which goes directly towards the maintenance of the hall, and helping fund local community events. We also hope it will help to advertise the hall and improve the awareness of the facilities that are available.
