Rose believes passionately in the benefits of Pilates e.g. Core Strength, Flexibility, Improved Posture and Discipline. She gets great satisfaction from teaching everyone from complete beginners to advanced students. Classes last for an hour and it’s a great way to get your body in shape in a warm, friendly sociable environment. She has a VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Instructing Mat Based Pilates which is Ofqual regulated.

My name is Lucinda Gere I am a personal trainer specialising in functional training methods. Yoga for Functional Movement uses traditional yoga poses that support your ability to move more freely and achieve a full range of motion. With regular practice you can train a more functional body for all activities from sports to gardening enabling your body to move with strength and ease.

Everybody welcome – we really enjoy meeting everyone and keeping you updated on what’s happening at Fraser Hall. No charge but donations welcome.

Fraser Hall Committee runs an informal Table Tennis evening and all ages and abilities are welcome. It is a friendly welcoming sociable evening and you don’t even have to play if you don’t want to! There are some very good players who are happy to raise your game and others who are just beginners. Your first attendance is free of charge after which you can choose to join the Table Tennis Club for a reduced weekly fee or a standard fee for ad hoc attendance. Under 17’s welcome with adult supervision.

6:30pm Hot pizza

7:00pm Film start 

Enjoy a couple of slices of hot pizza before we start and then settle in to watch an old favorite or something new. You are welcome to bring your own stronger refreshments for your own consumption!

Pizza is £2 a slice, refreshments are free, and donations are always gratefully welcomed.
